I was picturing myself broadcasting NBA basketball games on TV because I used to commentate & practice being a sportscaster when I was in high school. An ESPN worker had given me his business card in the early 2000's because I mentioned to him I was interested in being a radio broadcaster. Anyway, my Knicks lost by 10 points at the old Hartford Civic Center to the Toronto Raptors back in 1997. I had a chance to get a couple of autographs after the game. I will never forget how my mom did this for me. My mom even bought her own snacks from the grocery store (the Hartford Civic Center snacks were too expensive). Going to the old Hartford Civic Center was an unforgettable experience for me and I was very excited to go!

Flashback 1997
I will never forget the time that me & my mom went to the old Hartford Civic Center back in 1997 (It's now the XL Center) in Downtown Hartford. We went to an NBA Preseason Basketball Game between the New York Knicks (I was a big time Knicks back then now a Houston Rockets fan) and the Toronto Raptors. That was the one & only time I had a chance to go to a game in person. At 19 it was only 4 months since I had graduated from high school. When the Knicks came to town I made sure that I had on my Knicks cap & Knicks T-shirt at this sellout crowd at the Hartford Civic Center. I was cheering my team like normal fans cheer for their teams at games (Even if the games didn't count).
